never mind I just re-suscribed to it and it started to work. um try to improve the wings and replace the dragon sound with a chicken sound like cluck cluck. if your going to improve it in the future.

I found the files that were something like dovahcluck.bsa and dovahcluck.esp and deleted them, I no longer have chicken-dragon things :D:

Sounds like you missed a certain file in skyrim's Data directory. I won't be able to run you through that right now, you will need to look up how to do that. The file is in the .bsa extension, but don't go crazy deleting everything with that extension since that will break the game.
