I hope that you update this map in the future. A small HL2RP map like this would help servers get going in all honesty. This map has potential.

This is a good concept map, but it needs major polishing. For instance, there is five+ burning fires that will never go out, some areas like the Nexus and Rebel shanty area look... like really old, unfinished maps, some things like stairways are paper-thin and wouldn't properly hold together, there are some depressions in the map when there shouldn't be, such as a piece of wall being pushed in, the sewers/maintenance tunnels, or should I say tunnel is rather linear, the broadcasts/breencasts around the city are rather holo-gramy, and you can't easily see the person on the screen, the Stenographer's Chasm inspired room has missing textures for me, and yes, I have the games most HL2RPs use, secret buttons also seem to be missing their button part, and finally, some brushes and props are floating, or are not totally connected with each other when they need to be.

It's not a terrible, There are a few problems with it. Some parts of the map aren't lit properly. The admins office in the nexus is the main one. There are also gaps in the map where two buildings should meet. I think it could really be improved. But as a RP map it works

This is REALLY good for your first map, a very good concept, I have even more recommendations, you could add a proper nexus instead of just a Combine door, so it would add to the aesthetic.

You could also add these into the Nexus:

-Combine bunks
-Interrogation rooms
-Body Cremating room
-Offices for higher ups
-Training room
-Medbay
-Armory

This map really has potential, I would really appreciate it If you reworked on this map, here's some things I recommend:

-Improve light effects, it's too bright on some places.
-Improve modelling, the stairs look weird and are not clipped.
-Improve AJ and JW, they do sound good and have VERY good effects, but you cannot stop them, so I'd recommend this:

Make it so that the waiver stops once you press it again.

-Add more areas maybe, it's too small and compact even for a small community.

I really love the idea behind this map and it's rare to see maps like these, thank you

I'm getting pretty bad fps as well, like 90-150fps with gmod_mcore 1 (RTX 2060, AMD Ryzen 7 3700x)

I think it's you, because my beta testers generally run between 30 and 60 FPS

it's a very well designed map but suffers from frame drops. was this compiled quickly?
