I used this asset to run a small village. That's why it produces electricity. But you're right. 6400 is a bit too much. I will change that soon.

Nice asset as always. You should tweak stats a bit though. Your asset use water 6400.... Vanilla recycling center from "green cities" use 240. And why does it produce electricity?
