Great mod. This is what I was looking for. Can you now add the unit card for it? I mean just add the helmet on the existing one? So it matches more or less the new look.

If you ever return to update this mod do you think you can make the Carroburg Greatsword armor more black? I think it would look pretty cool and also make them a bit closer to their lore counterparts.

I am aware of the landsknechts or old ilustrations of gothic knight. Also the floppy hats are part of the empire, well duh. But in my own tastes, i just like zweihander wielders having bit more armour, especially that warhammer setting is in world with all those zombies, chaos spawsn and sigmar knows what!

I don't really hate floppy hats, i do like them. But sometimes i just want some metal in my life y'know :p

I'm not sure where I heard this, but I think historically soldiers wielding greatswords would be fairly lightly armoured. The clothing and floppy hats are reminiscent of the 15th and 16th century landsknecht.

I didn't used to like the vanilla greatswords until I saw pictures of what landsknechts looked like.

Dyrain's unforunetly mods greatswords skin and textures. So it would require changing the files again.

Maybe ill do the patch, but i can't promise that :s.

I really like the look of the greatswords. Any idea how to make this compatible with Dryrain's Empire retexture mod? I tried looking into it but have never modded a TW game myself before and am a bit beyond my skill level.
