You need to replace the 3 files that are named survivor_biker, with the ones that recompiling the model creates.

Yes, just recompile using the qc and crowbar and then replace the original survivor files.

You need to decompile model and change the hat/hair bodygroup to his hair only

what is the file name of his hat so i can delete it and have only his hair showing

Shinji's face is purple, and all your other P3 survivors conflict with each other and have purple iris's. Waduhek lmao

Nah, the animations for characters are called in a list fashion, and they have to be in the correct order of course to work online.
Francis and Louis have a unique animation order, I forgot to do anything about that so ya the animations were just out of order, but there were two duplicate animation listings as well which might’ve been why he constantly t-posed instead of just playing random incident animations.

What was it? A simple toggle option?

@DeadSpace47, you'll be glad to know I found out why he was t-posing, simple mistake I made, it's fixed now.

Almost all the time he does t-pose and sliding around. l never saw him walk around normally

@DeadSpace47, Glad you like the mod, how often does he slide? like all the time? or does he move normally most of the time?
Also I agree about Akihiko as Bill, I had planned to do him soon.

l don't know what is the cause but in the multiplayer he does the t-pose and some other weird animations and slides. It is same situation as the Aigis dancing one, only in local or single player it is normal. Anyways, it is funny to see. l will be waiting for that Fuuka

There we go, finally he is here. l have been waiting for this. Now Yukari(Zoey),Femc(Louis) and Shinji(Francis). Now we REALLY need Akihiko as Bill.Also, a good mod when you protect someone, the sound it plays, it should play "Did you see that Shinji?"
