turn off all your other mods, you wont need them, then restart your game

This is honestly one of the most useful mods you could ever download, does not overlap with any of my 40 + mods very impressive.

Just one small problem. When I try to change the campaign in the singleplayer menu, I can only choose addon campaign. How do I fix this?

So for some reason this conflicts with Zoey - The Aftermath, Francis - The Aftermath and Nam Vet Bill (t-shirt version). Any idea why?

Its a good menu but it conflicts with all the survivor skins that I have other than Francis and Zoey. All in all though, its great.
