I think his feet need to be more attached with the floor, same when he is on his evolution. Just my minor suggestions. Thanks btw.

I think this character is pretty great overall, one of my favourites on the workshop. However, i'm unsure if I've done something wrong but during the matches the digivolve bar never gets entirely full. I collect as many of the balls that I can and still there is just one bar missing. I even tried going into practice mode so I don't die and the meter still didn't fill. Apart from this I haven't found any flaws in the character design, and overall i would say that you have done a terrific job in creating the fighter, i just hope it's possible to fix the digivolving.

Digivolving is basically as done as it's gonna get, I'm just wrestling with an ugly bug regarding his hurtbox and some polishing, and that should be the last major hurdle till he's out. Worst case scenario I'll just have to make Imperialdramon invincible to account for his Veemon size hurtbox.

I really like this, the Digivolution (point tweaks like indicator would be nice)is so great of a gimmick, well represented, other digimon, unless well substituted should follow suit with the digivolution theme, but if i may as.... would it be too late to change the gun to something different? kinda large and odd-ish (just my little complaint)

I wouldn't mind a couple tweaks to the way you collect his Digivolution pellets. In particular, two things:
- Add some kind of visual indicator to know when it can be picked up. Like maybe a flash or something.
- Either change or remove the sound effect, because it is so grating it makes me want to die.

Very good character. Has a lot of sprites that are true to the character. Most of his moves are pulled/refrenced from other Digimon games/episodes, and work well for his kit.
Absolutely love the Digivolve mechanic he's being implemented with. Loved the GBA game with that mechanic. (Can't remember the name.)
Hoping the Digivolve lasts for a good while or for the rest of his stock, so we can enjoy the moveset.
IF it gives him a new moveset that is. (Hoping so.)
Will be staying subscribed and keeping a close eye on what you will be doing with this character.

His forward smash and neutral special are both references to Digimon World 4, nice catch.

We tried to have the orbs bounce, but couldn't get it to work without passing through the floor or breaking when paused. If we can figure it out we'll definitely make them bounce, but for now this is a good enough compromise.

Also, that soccer ball can be used for off stage gimps in the same way as PM Snake's taunt, try it out when you're feeling disrespectful ;)

Hi, I was making my own personal veemon to play with but I kinda lost motivation on it, so maybe you could take a look a it and see if you could use some of the moves/code that i made for it? I just want it to be used somewhere so it wasn't all in vain

I love playing this character! I think the moveset is creative.

Is his forward smash meant to reference his appearance in Digimon World 4?

The orb system to be able to digivolve is good, though, the orbs should bounce into the air a little so that way you notice them. (A reference to rumble arena 2 and battle spirit right?) It also wouldn't hurt for the orb to react to Veemon touching it a bit quicker, but that's just my opinion.

Overall, he's a lot of fun and I love all the stuff you've done. I can't wait to see what he does with his digivolve part of his moveset. (My brother feels he does too much knockback, but I'm not sure honestly, since he kills around the same time as the original Rivals characters.)

P.S. His taunt has a hitbox at the end of the animation. (The soccer ball is the hitbox.) It's a cool little detail.

@Shmepppppp When Veemon is complete, Down Special will be used to Digivolve. Currently, it has no function.

@Charii Could you explain further? I just tested it and all those actions work as intended.

Replying to a (currently deleted) request, but we made it so the voice clips on his specials on trigger part of the time as to not be annoying

Additionally, I'd just like to say even though this is a completed and original character, we're still working on it and possibly adding a big new feature soon, stay tuned

This is pretty great! I would suggest editing the custom color's file so that the blue gets replaced instead of white so that the alt colours are more apparent.
You planning on doing any other Digimon? This is inspiring me to try the same thing but with Patamon.
