If you want to play single player as infected:
>enable console (process is online, but you should just need enable it in game options and add "-console" to the target app in properties)
>Download/subscribe "Improved Bots (Simple)" on Workshop
>Pull up console- type "map c1m2_streets versus" (you can do this for any campaign/map combo you'd like)
>press M to change team to Infected at the start of the match

but there are some parts where bots would get stuck cause they cant turn on switch like in dark carnival finale, passing, sacrifice lol

How do you switch teams in this, because when I played this it said "server shutting down, players required on both teams" can't you play Single Player

Oh THANK GOD this mutation exists. Versus Mode has became really toxic & I can't stand Playing with random ppl who kick you for no reason, insult you on the dot/slurs & random mic noises. It's good to play by myself or with friends (when I get the chance to) once in a while.

finally after years of getting vote kicked i can finally!!!! play versus by myself without annoying kids screaming in my ears!!! and fucking teenagers complaining about how i play certain infected Fucking thanks man love this mutation :)

sometimes it will say there needs to be another player on the other team in order to play, then the game just closes

for some reason playing with this mod causes all infected except the tank and hunter to become, well, t-posing hunters. the chargers move doesnt work but all the other infected do, they just appear as a t-posing hunter.

I subscribed to both versions from chlororororo and def075, but both do not appear on my mutation list. what can be the reason behind this? I already restarted the game.

@Ellis "Open the L4D2 files by right clicking and selecting "Properties"
Go to the l4d2 folder (Steamapps/common/Left4Dead2(forgot what its called)/l4d2/cfg
Open a file called "addonconfig.cfg". Open it with Notepad or something else.
Scroll down until you find values with either 1 or 0's in them. Change them all to 0.
Save the .cfg file, then restart L4D2 if you have it open. Hopefully this works."
