conceptually cool, well animated but visually noisy asf. maybe as a taunt effect since its stationary but this is too much key jingling

Love EVERYTHING but the cloudy effect, because its overdone, but it actually fits. Fantastic effect.

I love this so much, but I think it would be better if the book was open the whole time. Otherwise this is just so cool!

Amazing effect for Demoman hats, but not really themed for other classes?
I wish there was an item that allowed us to apply specific class-based effects to class hats. Or to have this effect as an unlockable special item as part of a Halloween event.
