I looked in the micro controller, and saw that the video was not connected, so I connected it and now I can see though the sight itself, but everything else is black (like its inverted).

tried using this, when I add it to a small monitor, I get a black background with the sight, so I can't see anything.

It's possible, if the small hud contains an even number of pixels. Not 100% sure, I'll look into it.
