Hmmm, so she only wears heavy armour? I found a mod that could pair well with this one. I think I'll give this a go. I generally play with light armour and single handed weapons, would be handy to have Lidya set up with heavy arm our and 2 handed weapons.

In the loadorder it is the exact same like the title of the mod! The esp and bsa are called: improved lydia.esp / bsa

You just have to unsubcribe here and delete the mod on your computer!

i downloaded, and deleted this mod, but the follower is still affected, even on a new character. I looked in Steam/Steamapps/common/Skyrim/data and deleted a file called "Lydia" but it keeps popping up. what do i do?

Well, when she is dead, then she can 't join you, because this mod doesn 't create a new charakter, it just alters the vanilla charakter!

The old lydia died. Will this work now?

Great improvement, only thing is she is so overpowered I can't kill anything with her in my party. But that doesn't detract any from your work, great beauty.

Load as last one in loadorder, this should solve the problem. This "russian-problem" you got can 't be caused by my mod!

after you upload cbbe there is no real change outside of the face cosmetic although ihave the russian text bug now

But does this mod produce failures? Well i think about changing it, but i don 't think this mod causes a real problem. Is there any gameeffect unavailable by using this mod?

most of what you lsit is available after making lydia a steward.....except the cosmetic are you concidering releasign jsutthe cosmetic upgrade?

you need to update this mod... she now comes vanilla with spells invintory access and high qaulity weapon use......maybe just make the cosmetic change and let the dlc do the rest.....or have her talk about having kids

My mod changes her look, her fighting-style, her walking style to feminine and she can use spells.

She is very powerfull now!!! There is also a not so powerfull version of her in my workshop!

Im new to all this, but loved the Game on my PS3 until i got that smoke glitch which pissed me off and the loading time which i hated. I got on this instead, loved the original, but Destero my man, you are a Genius. Love this version of her even more. i have no idea what the hell al you guys are talking about tho. im a noob so just leaving this page to go look for other stuff just to get her this way on my game is gona be a bitch. lmaoooooo... Whenever i get up to ya level of Pc game capability, i will definitely come back for this one.

@ FoesWing: Load as last one and remove all the clothes you don't want her to wear, also the helmet. Then Lydia should just wear her circlet which has an armorrating.

is there a way to get her to spawn with her normal gear. for me she spawns in with normal house wife cloths and a stupid hat on her head that i can't take off with out making her wear a helmate which i don't want her to have.

Well.....did you try the other version of Lydia, as i said....please be a little bit more specific, then I could maybe help....if you 're not interested anymore, just tell me.

TESV-Edit is a tool to clean mods, and i did that with the other version.....NOT THIS ONE, because steam wasn 't able to update for some reason! Have a look in my workshop, there is another version of Lydia. If you use it, deinstall the other Version (this one) first!
