This is a great idea. But a giant light bulb glowing will basically be a disadventige when attempting surprise attacks or avoiding snipers.

Looking good but I don't think they would want a hat that isn't attached to the head, closest thing we have to a floating hat is the Halo and that's just held up with wire. Something like this might be better suited to being a unusual effect.
