Removing the sound folder fix the multiple sound bug but the default pills sounds doesn't really fit a liquid. The deploy sound is linked to the qc deploy animation sequence, and there is no event written here to modify it ( if it makes sense ^^ ) .

Ok this is really weird, the deploy sound play multiple times on any other server than local, because of this i will publish a separated sound addon for the sounds.

when playing online, the deploy sound plays multiple times for some reason. bigger ping, more it plays...
