@weregamer: First of all, when creating your custom faction, you should choose both "Dustylizer" traits. The "original" Dustylizer converts any population growth into dust, while the second gives you a choice which breed to eliminate. So does the Lumeris pops. And yes, sometimes some game mechanics interfere wich each other. Best example is the famous "endless pending turn" bug. In your special case i suggest to disable the law wich prevent the growth of other population ...

Oh, also a bug report. I've noticed that if you have the religious law that prevents growth of populations other than your own, and try to dustylize the remaining "infidels", TED not only doesn't work, it consumes infinite industry doing nothing.

I wonder, could you make a version that includes *all* the races, not just the minors. I usually make my population type a great deal more useful than, say, the Lumeris. But even with TED installed I can't get rid of them. I see you did a special mod for cravers and Vodyani, but honestly depending on the player any of the majors can be a plague.

Try this: place the unwanted pop to the spaceport and put them back again to the planet. Choose the "chain gang" program and then deselect it from the building list. Select the "original Virtual Dustylizer" and remove it again. Afterwards the corresponding entry for the unwanted breed should be visible ...

Doesn't seem to work. A minor pop from a planet discovery entered one of my systems. The improvement(s) in question are not showing up.
