В UE4 почти всё на масках (особенно играбельные персы). Текстура от старой модели уже не подойдёт. Я пытался покрасить как-то сам при помощи маски... Вот оригинал там надо смотреть RGB каналы, каждый из каналов это ч.б. маска которая красится движком.

Да я один до сих пор всё делаю, иногда обращаюсь за помощью с моделями для "полировки" некоторых элементов, которые сам не могу сделать в 3ds max. Завёл Patreon, пытаюсь как-то зарабатывать на заказах. Увы я решил отказаться выкладывать всё для всех, теперь только подписота и заказчики. Иногда исключения типа гайки.

Как видишь нужны тестировщики, пока модель делаешь уже тошнить под конец начинает и нету сил на проверку, скрины, рендеры и прочее.

Do you mean without gloves? I usually take off all the elements, including gloves, but as far as I remember in this model, the glove is part of the hand, not a separate element, there are no hand polygons under it.
