THis thing should REALLY kill a basic thug with 1 headshot at least. I can kind of understand someone really tough surviving a body shot but frankly I feel like it should do that. I try dual wielding them, expecting 1 shot to be one kill only to sadly be disappointed as I need 2 shots to kill each enemy, even, as I said, after a headshot.
