Oh yeah, right, this hat would cause a literal renaissance for observer spies. Definitely get it in the game.

Honestly, while this can be considered a "whacky object on merc's head" kinda hat, it is admittedly quite charming. The eye expressions especially.

Think this works really well, and it's Halloween restricted since it's a bit out there but that's why I like it!

The concept is interesting but I don't like the overall silly and absurd items tacked onto a hat idea. It's been done before, examples being the Public Speaker and like most of the Engineer cosmetics that were released over these past recent updates, and they're not really great. Besides that, part of this just looks way too overbearing with the screen elements. It feels like someone sticking glued macaroni onto paper, with the screens being the macaroni and the hat being the paper. And I don't see how this could relate to Spy other than him being a reconnaissance/observant class, but I personally think the 1984 reference really takes it away from his character and doesn't relate as well to it. It's not like he's constantly watching people, he's also almost like a James Bond type of deal with his secret agent persona. Sorry for the long winded criticism, because while the hat looks decent, the overall concept is once again just off putting to me.

Honestly, this isn't THAT lore-unfriendly, considering the Administrator basically already does this. Remove the "OBEY" signs and you've got a comedic-but-in-character surveillance hat to couple with the camera beard!
