- take a decision to rename your title which lets you pick from a set list of alternate titles
- a copy of your primary title is made, using your chosen title
- the original title is destroyed
It is a very cumbersome method, but it could be done. However, there is no way to write a custom title at run time. It would have to be a set list. I don't plan to add this to the mod, since I'm working on Beginning of the End [forum.paradoxplaza.com] at the moment, but if you have modding experience, you might want to try it.
I thought I had to buy shitty india DLC to do this stuff
This mod is fine. It's for people who don't have the DLC and just want one of it's features. It's also an original work, even if it has the same ultimate effect as DLC renaming, so it doesn't really unlock the DLC feature. And being a mod it blocks you from getting achievements, so people still have a reason to buy the DLC because then they could rename titles also in ironman games.
Just genius
