Therefore, I updated the NWDM RP Patch. Thanks for letting me know.
Unfortunately, the Tech Hunters (possibly others, not 100% sure what cccarney meant by Drifters) appear a little broken at the moment. Certain patrols work okay, but I could not get any solo drifters to recruit. Adding the "MODRP- Merc" to dialog leader for the squad type (e.g. Drifter solo skeleton KLR-M) instead of just the dialogue package directly on the leader (e.g. Skeleton KLR Drifter) appears to correct the issue.
Otherwise, zero issues. Thank you.
Mod started working, so the problem was. You need to have the prisoners in a cage you own. And it must be a cage. In the RP mod, you can put prisoners in any cage or prisoner pole, even if you don't own them and recruit. But with the patch it has to be a cage. Not a pole, and you need to own it.
I don't have genesis, I have kizo. Also I already have you mod placed near the bottom. I put all my patch mods below all other mods.
Do you have Genesis in your system? If it is, try placing my mod below Genesis.

Would it be possible to work with the FC's and patch the new races to their respective classes and recruitment requirements or would it be possible to make the new skeleton races recruit able with Broken One's dialogue sequence? ...
I am trying to understand if this would be as simple as patching animations but considering there are new races on top of different recruitment lines for different factions I am unsure.
I am wondering why this patch does not make the two fully compatible. (Why the majority of factions don't have the new skeletons as recruitable)

Interesting thing to note:
when hovering over the RLBS RP Patch in the mods tab on startup it says “ - missing mod!”next to Recruit Prisoners under the references tab of the mod . However upon actually deactivating Recruit prisoners mod the patch becomes yellow indicating Missing reference mods:Recruitable prisoners...
