To move it, you need to switch to the other seat in the Launch Pad building !

so i spawn it, and the actuators on the wheels of the platfrom you place the rocket on, say w or s to move. alt or non alt mode, they dont move. i've tried respawning it, and it still didnt work

That VAB and launchpad looks amazing. Almost like the one in Guiana.
