Well you see, there seems to be an issue with how the model was made in the first place. It isnt a large texture with the windows all lit up for some odd reason, its actually a tiny texture copy & pasted across the whole building. That means, unless I heavily redesign the model, which I am not fully capable of, It cant be fixed. As the texture has only 3 windows, all lit up, and if I "turn it off" then that particular window texture will be turned off across the whole building, looking even weirder. I'll see what I can do tommorow, not giving a lot of hope though.

You need to fix the lights. I love the design and actually use it very often, but the lights look horrible. Leave ~30-40% on, and the rest should be dark to make it more natural.
