Thanks to you @TwinMinds to have been able to update it in such a short time, I delete this tutorial because it has no more use for the moment

This has now been updated to work on the latest version (1.201.012) thanks to Willy Gmod's info. I plan to start working on a newer (and bigger) star system in the near future as well.

Thanks to the comment from @Willy Gmod, I believe most of the planets have been updated to work. I may be able to come back soon to put up a corrected version of this, minus the two planets that were removed by the original mod makers. Give me some time and it'll be back to working (I hope)

Hello, I take the liberty of putting a link to one of my videos, I am French, so the video is also French, I show you how to repair the Geminus System world.

I reassure you, if you do not speak French, it is not serious, the video is enough to understand everything.

I don't, sorry. Most of my knowledge of the game is old, and with the weather update I'm willing to bet most modded planets are broken. Since Sparks of the Future just came out, no one has really had any time to fix their mods yet.

Hello, do you know a mod that's almost the same as yours with planets
Antihero 26 Jun, 2020 @ 1:13am
Ok thank you @gutter for the detailed info and thank you @TwinMinds for your work.
TwinMinds  [author] 25 Jun, 2020 @ 2:36pm
Thanks for the detailed info @gutter. Some of those errors existed when I built the system and it had little/no impact on the loading or visual appeal of the planets.

@Antihero, some of the planets weren't even being updated at the time I made the system, so it's unlikely they'll get updated now. I highly suspect the Geminus System is completely dead in its current form.

I haven't been playing Space Engineers for a while now, but if the game ever settles down and stops breaking mods with every update, I may eventually return and revisit the idea of making a custom system.

Seems the main issue is with planet Paradise, regarding the atmosphere damage scripting, but Doctor Octoganapus is active and will update his planets.

There are many missing skybox errors but these can be ignored as the worlds will load without them.
There are 4 errors related to the custom ores blocks (the batteries etc)
I'm unsure if these would prevent the game from loading as they are block variant errors. (I assume this means they would be in the wrong areas of the G-Menu but I'm not 100%)

Many of the planets heightmaps can't be loaded, this concerns me as even if the planets load, they may end up being spheres with no mountains etc

In the end it seems (the new weather system) changed the workflow for planet creation.
Changed planets will need to be updated/recreated. I figure this solar system (as beautiful as it is) will not be functional anymore.

Thank you TwinMind, for this creation, I hope you create another when new planets with weather start hitting the workshop.
Antihero 25 Jun, 2020 @ 8:08am
@TwinMinds Do you think it's possible that each planet will eventually be updated or is the Geminus system virtually dead?
TwinMinds  [author] 24 Jun, 2020 @ 6:07pm
Unfortunately not much I can do here, I designed the system but all of the planets are made by other modders. The new update added a new weather system that would affect most/all modded planets. Until each individual modded planet is updated by their original author to support the new weather, this system will probably not work.

Hi, since the last update (Sparks of the future) I can no longer launch the "Geminus System" world. The launch of the crash part. I tested without any other mod and it still bug. Can you see what's wrong? Thank you
Antihero 24 Jun, 2020 @ 3:11pm
It would seem that the "Sparks of the future" update has broken your mod :/
I can't launch anything with it anymore since the update.

Nevermind, found it in sandbox.sbc thanks for putting this together for us :ffvighost:

So what's the load order? from what I'm seeing (except for the skybox) it's just alphabetical order. Am I missing the load order posted somewhere?
TwinMinds  [author] 24 Apr, 2020 @ 9:40am
Hey thanks! Glad to hear it's all still working in the latest updates. I haven't been back in a while, but I was concerned when they released a new planet.

Absolutly Mindblowing. One of the most beautyful Starmaps i have ever seen. Great Work ! :)
TwinMinds  [author] 6 Dec, 2019 @ 9:12am
Asteroids are all automatically generated and should spawn normally as you fly into the rings. The rest would be manually placed and would take a -ton- of extra effort. I may have a script I could run to generate some but I haven't given that a test yet.
Dragonfang-9 6 Dec, 2019 @ 7:49am
I think some astroids would be nice. especially in the ring of that large planet
TwinMinds  [author] 6 Dec, 2019 @ 6:10am
Have fun! Let me know if you see any issues. I'm sure dozens of hours of testing still wasn't enough.
Dragonfang-9 6 Dec, 2019 @ 5:41am
I like the way it looks. gonna do some exploring now.
