Terrain modification failed happens when you try to place blueprints near already laid paths. I normally fix this by removing the path then adding the blueprint then re-pathing

Nice one. Easy to place, but if you have more than 4 Mandrills they are unhappy with the places to hide.

i love this habitat but the walls are climbable....just replace them with brick and your good to go

@Vinelantis Hm, thats frustrating. Maybe try research the barriers. There shouldn't be anything else to research, for it to work =/ I'm confused.

I have the same question as the guy before, since I've researched the Indian theme to the maximum and still can't see this in the blueprints.
