Updated description Required Items and Collection to take in account the replacement of broken mods by Advanced Stop Selection Revisited 2.0 and District Styles Plus
VaKhajDar  [author] 28 Aug, 2022 @ 10:03am
@Sgt Rakov, MTSE is necessary for the Avenue Foch Sunken train Station, disable the station in the collection if you don't want it, Building themes is required for this theme to work though.
✪✪ Sgt Rakov ✪✪ 19 Aug, 2022 @ 2:13am
Is it possible to use this style without required mods, or are they (MTSE and Building Themes) absolutely necessary for it to function?
VaKhajDar  [author] 5 Aug, 2022 @ 6:50am
@jokerdealer1, just stating "doesn't work" without details of what you did/didn't do isn't helping anyone to help you...

Did you read the description and download the assets and collections this theme is made for?
jokerdealer 4 Aug, 2022 @ 12:37pm
Doesnt work

@Qa'Dar Thanks for the response. I did actually use the Block Services Mod, in combination with RICO to convert some buildings. Unfortunately I also found that these assets, absolutely wreck my system lmao. I look forward to trying again with a beefier PC, because they truly are gorgeous.
VaKhajDar  [author] 20 Mar, 2022 @ 7:18am
@Uncle_Undead, Sadly you are correct...

I recommend the exellent Block services mod to turn buildings into offices.
Also, you'll need Move It and an anarchy mod to place the blocks inside the buildings...
Uncle_Undead 6 Mar, 2022 @ 4:36am
Am I missing something or does this style not include office buildings? My residential and commercial blocks look great with these gorgeous buildings, but offices either don't spawn, or just add in any office asset. I looked in theme manager and apparently there are no offices in this theme.

@Qa'Dar glad to be of any help!
VaKhajDar  [author] 29 Oct, 2020 @ 10:55pm
I made it easy for all of you and created a collection.
Added all the items in the description to it, including the props @Maylow linked to!
You can get it here .
VaKhajDar  [author] 29 Oct, 2020 @ 10:24pm
Thank you for the links @Maylow, it is rather unfortunately that the French Architecture pack by Gèze hasn't got these items listed. Great work digging these items up!

I will add the links you supplied to the description.
Maylow 13 Oct, 2020 @ 5:05pm
Great work! I have been able to load it without errors after finding the missing props.
Bit of a work, but much worth it.

Click on all buildings in French Architectue pack by Gèze and subscribe to possible missing props.
Most need just a few props, like a chimney rooftop.

After this, a few errors about missings props may still occur.
These props aren't listed in the requirements unfortunately.
I've dug them up I believe, no errors anymore afterwards and theme is working.

Air ducks3 (missing)

missing files error. Does Not work
Termite 17 Jun, 2020 @ 9:11am
The missing files error is not that the assets have been removed. I think it is that styles does not work with asset packs, it only recognises the first building in the pack and the rest appear as missing.

Fantastic descritption! Thanks QaDar!

The issue with assets not loading may be the Paradox launcher. When Europa Universalis patch replaced the old launcher to the one CS use, mods randomly not loading became a new and common problem =/
blunderball 12 May, 2020 @ 6:14am
@J.David if you mark the building as historical, it will level up without changing style.
Mr.Pinguv Allkeyshop ClaveCD 4 Apr, 2020 @ 1:24pm
Hi, so this is the first style I download and I have a problem. When a commercial build gets upgraded to level 2 it uses a building thats not from the style (I suppose because this style has not level 2-3 buildings as I read in the warning). Is there a way to make the game believe the level 1 buildings are also level 2-3 so it uses them or to block this buildings from upgrading?
VaKhajDar  [author] 26 Mar, 2020 @ 8:34am
@TeeAre, I know of this issue...
I can only conclude it is game related... I have this with several styles (downloaded from workshop or self made, both have it)... No matter what I do or how I edit them, this sometimes happens... You can edit the style and remove the affected buildings from it. that will stop the gaps. (sometimes re-adding them works.)
TeeAre 25 Mar, 2020 @ 4:44pm
It's weird, but some assets say they're "missing" in the style itself. Even though I'm subscribed to them? Also resulting in a lot of open spaces between the buildings in-game when the zone is only 2x2. And then I still have those assets in my unique buildings list.
VaKhajDar  [author] 19 Jan, 2020 @ 2:49am
@all.be.love, did you install the French Architecture pack by Gèze?
Won't work without it...
all.be.love 18 Jan, 2020 @ 11:44pm
not working
VaKhajDar  [author] 28 Dec, 2019 @ 12:26pm
@horngeek, You'd need to look at the style of these districts.
If no style is applied, the game will still grow buildings that are used in a style though...
If that is the case, you can make these other districts use a different style...
(no other way to stop that behaviour to my knowledge)
horngeek 27 Dec, 2019 @ 6:28pm
@Qa'Dar a lot of the low-density commercial buildings are growing in districts that aren't set to this style- any way to fix that?
VaKhajDar  [author] 22 Dec, 2019 @ 10:13am
@leiersai, The assets aren't mine... They're Gèze's.
And the small assets are ment to be put against the back of a larger one to form typical parisian "centreville" gardenless appartment blocks...
波比大王 22 Dec, 2019 @ 5:04am
some low density commercial buildings are too thin in front to behind , at least you could add some backyards to them:steammocking:
