also one last thing i was playing with dio on training mode and i noticed when dio goes up to 200% damage thats the very last za warudo he can get i thought the cap would have been set to 950% meaning he can get up to 19 za warudos rather than 4 i mean sure as if you will be alive that long but it cant hurt to add that in

I really like this Dio but I'm thinking u should make a Jotaro aswell cuz there are not that many and the scaling is way off on the Jotaro's that do exist. I like this Dio because of the scaling, he is a vampire meaning he has a human build meaning he shouldn't be as large as the other characters in the game. (also how do u time stop? I am confusion.)

I know everyone has already said this but yea the size is weird. I put his original sized sprite next to Zetterburn and while he is super tall, he's also pretty skinny so I think it'd work fine. If "being too easy to hit" is a concern which I totally understand, I propose making his hurtbox something like this (if possible):

Still a lot easier to hit than other characters for sure but its a bit more fair for Dio haha

I think his neutral special should be the knives, and his F Strong, well.. A strong attack.
And how do you use the down special?

how do i get a za warudo stack?

He doesn't have enough moves that can reliably kill at higher percents, he really can only use up smash or Za Warudo to get those kills, unless ledge guarding with down smash.
