Thanks for the memories.
I do everything I need to do, and the cylinder status on the engines keeps turning off and the RPS plumets.
It's been a while and I'm happy you still enjoy the MSV Post! I don't think I'll update her to v 1.0 of Stormworks though, it'd be a massive project! She would need the new doors - which means that all the electrical system would need to be debugged, all the winches need to be replaced, etc.etc.
I am currently updating the Cinti though, and she's coming along nicely and there's more boats I work on and off when I find some time (which is not often).
If any of you is up for the challenge of bringing this ship to v1.0, feel free to do so and share the result in the workshop!
1. there's a hatch at the back called the cargo hatch and it has something in it, what is it and can it be used some how.
2. Im having issues with the hinge connector and the helicopter, i'm forced to use the four tie downs
3.would it be possible to make the life boat easier to launch, I even put it a the back in a sketchy way with the winch and the crane as I use this vessel for search and rescue boat a lot.
4. finally the fuel tank situation confuses me, how do I refuel, what tanks do I use and when and Im assuming it runs on Diesel?
@HitKidsNotJuuls dang it, you're correct. I thought I had that error fixed weeks ago. I wired it up again and uploaded a new version. It should be working now. Let me know if you find anything else and thanks a lot for letting me know! :)
Glad you like the ship. It was a lot of work getting her workshop-ready.
Once you're sure the engine is running CLOSE the starter valve again and wait until the air pressure is back up at ~15 psi.
Fully open the starter valve for the second engine and wait until the engine starts up, then close the valve again.
You can always put your cursor over the engine to figure out what's missing, so if you still have an issue, please let me know if you have fuel, air, exhaust and electricity.
I hope this helps!
I'm sure you missed something in the startup procedure. I assume that you turned on the fuel pumps and the fuel valves are set in a way that fuel is provided to the engines, because most of the time the confusion comes with the air starters.
