Hey may I ask what is this?
I tried to search it evrywere on "Da net" and couldn't find nothing!
I see people saying they had one in their city but I'm dying trying to know what is this and where is it from.

the building in daylight ( 4th picture ) is way too bright, and at night the coloring is way off compared to others, it looks white rather then a yellowish hue.

Сейчас да, но на сколько мне известно, это типовой проккт , и именно крытая его часть подразумевалась для торговли продуктами. В любом случае именно этот, в игре, сейчас как колхозный )

Ну не обязательно колхозный. Вон в Воронеже такой рынок на Лизюкова/Невского типовой, там чем только не торгуют
