mr puzzles is right you need portal 2 and in the games section press the blu check-mark on it

for the textures i think you need the games then mount them to garrys mod by pressing the game controller button in the bottom right of the main menu or pause menu screen the scroll down and click portal 1 or 2 or both if you have them both then restart the map but restarting the game works best I think.

how do I animate this? I extracted the files so I could make an animation in 3dsmax, and found hundreds (overexaggeration) of animated files. do I need a command to animate GLaDOs? or another addon?
