Yeah the mustache seems unremovable right now, despite there being a preview image with both the beard and mustache being absent.

Hello! I'm having a small problem about the model, it seems that their is no way to remove the beard for me, I've tried going to my bodygroup, I've even trying moving it around, yet it does not seem to vanish, and from the looks of it, you can remove the beard.

Well if you'd want to make all of them, you could leave out two. There's already a TFC pyro on the workshop and someone is making a TFC spy that's gonna come out soon. Only if you feel like it of course.
