Great Mod!
Just missing the dependency to the CIVITAS Philippines mod in the modinfo file so it cannot be activated and used without it.

this looks like the funniest looking leader so far

he looks exactly like what humabon sounds like

Finally i found the problem for failed ynamp giant earth TSL support. The predefined TSL for this leader is actually a volcano in giant earth map and thus becoming an invalid TSL, failing to put the starting units in the TSL. When you look into ynamp's giant earth files the TSL's tile looks perfect, but it's getting overwritten to be a volcano in the "map" file there (that contains also all ynamp's giant earth TSLs). I strongly recommend to change the TSL to 87/41, which is also Manila. I tried and it works. Plz update this mod. Great work!

Unfortunately it doesn't work with TSL on ynamp giant earth map. Also the other civitas leaders for Philippines don't work with ynamp TSL on giant earth. pity
