consider dropping the quality of flats to at least 100, because it can probably cause some bugs in the future? also it's very cheap for such a high quality building, and looks a bit worn out, too

102% )). Дело в том что данный тип домов был одним из последних проектов перед развалом Советского союза. И до и после таких качественных проектов больше не было. Даже современные проекты по многим параметрам и близко не дотягивают до этого. Современные жилые дома проектируют с оглядкой на стоимость проекта, а в Советском Союзе деньги не считали. Данный тип зданий хорошо себя зарекомендовал на севере страны, где последние 10 лет строили только их. Начало 80 ых это эркерные дома, а к концу 80 ых они были с лоджиями. Поэтому поставил 102% ))

Model is good, I like it. You can make long complexes because right wall can attach close enough to another of the same type of building

Problem is that flat quality is 102%. I think something 75%-85% would be more fitting.
