hi, Ranger, sorry for the late reply: I believe I used VIDE to do it, and made use of the Pakrat feature and the Entity Editor part of VIDE.

How exactly were you able to do it? I saw that method for the 2.6 porting, and was wondering if it was possible to get some of the other maps, such as El Paso or Peligro.

two techniques used in porting this map from 2.6:

1) Material Baking
in which the materials are added to the map package, making the map easy to port to other games...

2) Manifest Manipulation
... by manipulating the map manifest, which stores all the data of game objects. This is stuff like spawn locations, whiskey, chests, weapons, and can be done dynamically via server-side plugin.

textures are all baked into the map. still need to do some texture optimization, but this is the first playable state.
