The vest is just the original from the tacticool mod; it doesn't need to be altered for lyceen. It's craftable at the tacticool gear rack, which can be made at an inventor's table.

@HealthCat hey, that's cool it's your life. i wouldn't have responded at all, but i feel a bit obligated to inform you that this is not a chat box, this is a comment section. what you've done here is spam someone's mod page with your stream of consciousness and it's actually a rather rude thing to do. for longer replies i highly recommend taking the time to compose a paragraph rather than drowning someone's comment section with 8 consecutive 1 to 2 sentence responses. not only will it help you to communicate more concisely, but a single long reply is not, in-and-of-itself, an uncouth thing to do.

Truth is im fine at pixel art and coding, i just dont want to use my time. I feal like im repeating myself ;-; Im gonna stop now.

Though i do get the whole realizing its actual work thing. Its definitely not something you do for relaxing on a sunday afternoon.

And then spending even more time actually doing those things.

I want to do things like modding but it takes so much time! I want to spend my time doing things like actually playing the game instead of spending hours learning how to code and do pixel art

But ususaly because its really fockin boring and it takes forever.

@HealthCat i find it more likely that you don't want to put the time and effort in than that you can't make the pixel art. i dealt with a lot of people that who thought they wanted to help me, that is until i gave them something to do and they realized it was actual work.

@HealthCat as the person who made all of the clothing for the Lyceen race mod i can tell you that the issue isn't programming the clothing in, (that's easy) it's making the actual pixel art animations for them.

Although it may take a while considering i have no idea how to code and when i try to figure out how i usualy end up breaking down and crying.

Im going to be richer then bill gates!

Ive decided i will devote my life too making clothing for lyceen.

for the record, this only fixes 1% of the problem with lyceen compatability... but it is really well done

fixed my crippling inability to spell 'lyceen' correctly.

nevermind, it works when you unsub and resub.

now they can be crafted by hand, but only in admin mode. i made a patch to try and make the recipe unlocked by default, but no luck.

Just make them craftable by hand I guess?

alright, the pants still aren't showing up but the rack should be okay now.

The rack is also 1x1 tiles, as well as invisible.

I looked into the .pak file. I tried searching lycheenArtyomHECUpants in the object file for the Tacticool Gear Rack. Said ID isn't in the file. This might be why i didn't find the HECU Pants in the Tacticool Gear Rack. Also, you might've touched something which made the Texture for the TGR just not appear, making the Rack an invisible object.
