From what I noticed, with CPU upgrades the ship only has about 34,000 capacity but generates 69,000 use. This is for Reforged Eden. I'm trying to modify it with lower CPU cost thrusters but I dunno if it'll be able to move well after that.

@Viator, yes this is a common problem with the limit of subscriptions showing in game. I've learned that it begins cutting off from the bottom up. So if you aren't seeing it, look at your BP list and you likely won't see anything past the letter "S". To resolve this, you either have to relocate some of your BP files or unsub from some of them. It's a royal pain with this type of limitation.

Well I ran into a fun issue of 'The blueprint doesn't want to come up in the factory' to use this.

Any one ever run into that issue?

Heavy cargo lifting is always going to be a good thing for saves with mass and CPU enabled. I used the other versions of this for lifting heavy loot from POIs when I was challenging myself to only build with minerals deconstructed from loot. So it would be nice if you can adapt this design for that role.

I got new Tier 1,2, and 3 SV's out now too. So, I can deal with it, the numbers got adjusted and it is not as terrifying now. lol. Thank you again!

I think the new CPU system is going to be a good thing for you. Especially if the CPU tier upgrades require minerals you can't mine on the starting planet.

Think about it. It means you will be able to build craft specifically designed for the starting planet and early game without being expected to fill it with every device in the game. And you can build more advanced and varied craft for mid to late game. (If upgraded tiers require rare minerals. tell people to deconstruct loot from POI raids)

Right now craft in the workshop are far too multi role.

Thanks Azule! Yeah, I saw in a dev Q/A video that the numbers were really off. I am relieved thou that the devs have said that CPU is just an option on the game set up and will stay that way. A ship like the CH5 is not even close to possible at 7500 CPU when it was working correctly in the past. The CH1 was made then and it was 7500 CPU. I also made the CH3 which ignored CPU. So this one even pushes it past the limits more. Also, the exp version of 10.6 is now been held back to next Tuesday. Thanks again!

I am sure you don't remember but i have been looking at the CH5 since the CPU thing hit. I broke down the ship to the components and i think i have found the problem. They have the CPU usage for the container controllers set at 3000 CPU. This in my opinion is high, but its their game. The problem as i see it is they also have the container extensions set at 3000 CPU. Now things are a bit fuzzy as its now 5:30 am and i have been looking at this for a bit, but i am pretty sure that this is the issue.

The next highest item is the large thrusters at 773 CPU. I think that the container numbers are a mistake and they just have been too busy to take a look. If you look at their 7500 CPU limit you see that just 1 controller and 2 extensions already exceed that.

Thank you TerryBeer16. I guess another way to look at it, is currently we have size class. Servers can limit what size class is allowed for performance issues. I thought that system worked perfectly fine. More expensive blocks like curves, pipes, etc, cost more toward size class than a standard square or angled block. This is known and when I build I many times consider the cost of the block toward size class as well. if a higher polygon block is not accomplishing much towards looks, I normally replace with a lower poly block. But, it is all fine and people that can choose the ships on whatever server they are on or single player, and a server can limit size class. So, that is up to the authors and players to decide if they have performance issues or not. Just my option. Thank you again for the awesome comment!

I know Jeff this is a sad day! If they do not give us a switch for single player then the game is done. If you can't play the game with your own creations then what is the point. Thanks for all you have done up to this point man! Your builds were what was keeping me going in this game brother! I love everything you Spanj, XCal, Red Barron, CrazyZ all of the awesome stuff. It makes me want to cry really! I will keep an eye on the game for now to see what they do, but if they keep the CPU nerf at the level it is at now I fear that the game is dead. It was good to see you on Spanj's live steam though!

Thanks TerryBeer16. I would say it is not even close to possible. If I removed the cargo but maybe 10K, 90% of the thrust and RCS, maybe, but would be a useless ship that couldn't lift the cargo if full or move or turn. All my current and future projects can't work. I really can only think of building little boxy blobby ships with no interior that have a specific weak function at tier 1 at least. Thanks again!

I've been looking at this off and on for the past week thinking I should maybe comment. I like the styling and the colors. Good design but what strikes me is how you always take even a simple design and add a depth and complexity to it that smooths over the game's rough edges and transforms it's blocky building into something elegant. Nice work. =)

Just pull over on some moon and have a low G.. never mind! haha. @gzo420, It may also be that you have subbed over 200 blueprints, and it then starts cutting off blueprints down the list. So this starting with a T would be down the list a ways. In your blueprint folder for downloads -> C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\383120 if installed at default location, you should see a folder named 1570767725 (at the URL on this post). If you rename that folder to Transit-CH5 and copy it to: C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Blueprints\76561157971586119
You should have it in your list again. The number on the path would be different thou. Thanks again all!

But... it is a long range ship (it has warp drive) and it has no restroom, do I have to stop at orbital stations or land on planets in order to pee? :D

This is some kind of bug within the game. I've had it happen several times, particulary when trying to copy / paste certain colour pattern values. Didn't bother to report it yet though, since considering how often it happened to me, i assumed it's a known bug. Maybe it isn't? :-)

@jrandall Okay, Loving the other color pallet though more my taste :) I just retried the Desert pallet again just to see and it took that time, sorry it must have been something going on my last log in to the game.
