Not sure why you're having this error. However since this item was added to TF2 in 2020, you can easily get the model from TF2, or from an upload that has 2020's Scream Fortress items.

It is already in Gmod, if you have TF2 mounted. This item has been accepted and is in the game.

Hi, is it at all possible for you to add a third model that only includes the hat? I'm a huge fan of how it looks but the collar part doesn't really fit with what I'm trying to use it on.
