OK I probably need to increase its lifetime or something. There was a time I wanted him extremely slow but powerful like ganondorf but went with the "yeah hell eventualy be like that during the match but much faster" direction so I ended up increasing the frames of those animations

There was also a weird issue where taunt was sliding and i couldnt fix it so I gave up. even when I redid the strip. But i will fix at least the offset.

@Pichu I think you misunderstood me a bit. I didn't say that you need to draw your own sprites and I agree most people in the community kind expect people to be that, (which I'm not a fan of tbh) but what I meant by that is more or less the rescaling of the sprites so CJ doesn't shrunk or get larger between attacks. Like he gets super small while using the neutral aerial, but noticeably larger in the back one and while turning on the ground. As well as offset related stuff in the taunt and and the jab. Can't remember all of them on top of my head.
Anyways the hitboxes that are a bit weird in my opinion are the down and forward smash as well as the back aerial. Sometimes they don't seem to connect even though it looks like it hit someone.

Ignoring the whole "the entire sprites" thing... ( I feel like RoA expects people to be professional sprite artists), which hitboxes and which sprites? i think landing lag might be one of them.

This mod actually has a lot of potential, from a coding standpoint it seems to be pretty good. However what holds it back are some questionable hitboxes as well as the sprites themselves. Since those are rescaled high-res sprites they look off from the start, but that's not the biggest issue here. The problem is that they are resized very inconsistently, making CJ huge in one attack and very tiny in another one. If that would be fixed then the mod would be so much better.

Up strong could use the dual DB shotguns and up air could use the uzis.
