They look great. But i would put them in the LOW RESIDENCE category.

Just subscribed to all your rowhouses which look a lot like the ones around the Metrotown area in Burnaby BC. (Canada). Do you live in the Lower Mainland? A lot of your condos look very familiar. 5 stars for these! Plan to subscribe to entire collection when I get my RAM upgrade delivered.

I have fog disabled so I've never seen that before. I'll do some testing with fog and see if I need to update the glass balconies.

Beautiful buildings! Unfortunately i have a strange visual bug under foggy weather circumstances.
Any idea how i can fix that?

@PoochMx they just have a random chance of growing and can be added to any save game. Once you’ve subscribed to an asset it automatically is enabled.

Sorry for the dumb question: This is my first time trying a building mod. How does this work? If I install it, will it replace the house buildings on my previous save games? If I create a new game, do I have to enable it or choose it?

Yeah, there will be more buildings in this set that share the same texture and will have underground parking access similar to this building https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1886334945

The rowhouses and larger buildings are all modular to create a larger custom complex, but they can also be used as standalone structures.

In Vancouver we have many building like this and usually they share an under ground parking garage, many times with a larger highrise tower as well

I love them - they fit great in the new suburbs!

These buildings are awesome! We always need more colourful roofs!

Funny, but I would have expected at least a 2 car garage at ground level with a drive way leading to the garage door in front or in the rear off an alley. Just saying I wouldn't want to have to circle the neighborhood, if it is popular, just to park my car. The architecture is cool, very nice.

If you look very carefully you can see the 4 car garage in one of the screenshots.

No attached garages?
