press C and drag your cursor to a car, you'll find "bodygroups" tab, there will be hands/driver model

that's the bodygroup, even description says "as a bodygroups"..

It's not a script, i use dirt rally rigged driver model with skeleton for hands

What script did you use for the first person hands? It's always been simfphys' downside that the cars don't animate your arms even with Gmod Legs 3's vehicle support. Kinda breaks immersion.
