the war paint's only for a few select weapons, valve's not gonna add this unless the stars allign and a new baby jesus is born onto this hell wretched place we call earth

if it was just like that, we'd just have to, you know, probably get fucked by the one who made the lava png, because we're taking his/her property without asking, and using it for potential profit without their share
that's what called "stealing" basically

the only times we really use other's assets are when it's either with someone's permission, or by Valve themselves (but usually it's just some effects on the texture to make it pop you know)

what you're looking at are basically handmade textures, kinda tedious work getting it all to work in the dark and wear correctly, and the stickers
while i admit the stickers were a kinda last decision thing, the rest of the war paint is great quality made in teamwork by experienced people who know what they're doing

again, pretty much like a kindergarten kid (who knows nothing about the subject, even probably has wrong assumptions about the subject) saying a cruise ship doesn't take much effort

No just download a png lava add a few stickers then this is what you get. Quality can be found but not with you .

YES i love warpaints where the authors care about the other qualities too to see the fire slowly go away with worse qualities is just such an amazing thing thank you for making this

Wouldn't this give the paint a reversed scale of value on the market? It would be better to say that the wear would be added to the weapon as it cools down, where as the more unmarred they are they would still be glowing hot, no? Just an idea...

Glad to hear you people like this war paint. Sadly, Valve hasn't added a single community made war paint since last Scream Fortress and these kind of technically complex war paints have an even smaller chance of being added. If you really want this to be added, I would recommend telling that to the TF2 team

Cough... hmm... This is an excellent war paint absolutely deserving of Elite Grade status and is tied with Molten for my favorite currently on the Workshop. I'm leaning towards this, but still undecided. God, I would be willing to pay 200 keys for a battle scarred strange hot skin of this if it got added and I had them.
