haha I enjoy tree builds because I don't have to deal with symmetry as much.

-it was actually the most challenging thing I've ever built!
I wanted a small, broad-trunk tree but didn't want the trunk to be higher than the garden wall.
So basically I only had 4 blocks height to get roots, trunk, limbs and branches shaped, it was quite the conundrum. I've never had to do so much reshaping and rotating on any other build.
Think I'll stick to building Spaceships, Tree's are WAY too hard ;)
