@Šailor ​Cat : No, it's even the opposite. I think it's a very good idea to be able to easely build roads without being compeled to create a trade route so that's why I downloaded your mod, but I think as well that building railroads is too easy : when you build them, it's a time when you don't need the related resources anymore and, anyway, they are much too cheap. I would have limited the number of railroads an engineer can build.

@Moyocoya: Railroads don't use build charges already. They use resources instead. Unless you'd like them to not cost resources?

The engineer is still the unit that builds roads. Haven't changed that.
