@FutureJohny, updated the mod.
Unfortunately it looks like the station needs to be rebuilt for changes to take effect. The D.O.s will not see the meat capability of the station otherwise.

Let me know if all works as expected and thanks again ;)

@Akira43
Path finding, build phases, power passthrough, all looks fine. Only minor graphical difference from trolley bus station is, trolley layout. Vanilla includes branches to stops and turning circle for reversing. (despite vehicles turning on a spot in this game)

@FutureJohny, just had a quick look at vanilla station and yes indeed I can see the added token for loading meat (almost 100% sure that was added after I made this mod)

It is going to be an easy fix.
But while I am at it, is everything else working as it should with my station? If there is anything, please let me know so I can fix it in 1 go ;)

@FutureJohny,
Ok, many thanks.
Will try to have a look and update over the weekend.

All vanilla stations with factory connections support 21 cargo types, this supports 20. I am not sure if vanilla functionallity changed, I am not aware of any such changes, but vanilla stations do support meat.
Supported cargo types can be displayed in the tooltip that is shown when hovering over a building in a menu.

@FutureJohny.
Thanks for the feedback. Since I am not doing any modding these days and this station was made like 3years ago, I remember that the scripting I used was the exact one as the vanilla cargo station. I don't know if the vanilla cargo station has changed since then.

Can you please do me a favor and try the vanilla cargo station and see if that now supports meat?
If it does I will update this mod. It should function exactly like vanilla one.
FutureJohny 15 Sep, 2022 @ 12:16am
@Akira43
That is not actual storage, cargo stations do not support that. What I meant, is adding "new storage" for refrigerated in building editor. Just like you added ir for general cargo and dry bulk.
This is why people are complaining, that the station is unable to work with meat. Stations will never store anything, but they need this fake storage to be able to unload each cargo type. All vanilla stations with factory connections always have: "general cargo" (for both covered hull and open hull), "refrigerated" and "dry bulk".
Akira43  [author] 14 Sep, 2022 @ 9:15pm
@FutureJohny, but meat needs special refrigerated storage no? Has that changed?
FutureJohny 14 Sep, 2022 @ 1:46pm
@Akira43
This is missing the meat "storage" so it is unable to work with it. Would it be possible to add it in a update?
FutureJohny 12 Sep, 2022 @ 7:37am
This would be great for the new trams.

I dunno if its related, but I noticed that DO doesn't seem to work properly meat supply even for sole vanilla buildings. Like a connected cargo station to a freezer building wont obey storage percentages and keep sending trucks. Have you noticed anything else regarding this?
Akira43  [author] 23 May, 2020 @ 3:47pm
@HCTC, since as I said I haven't been playing the game lately to see how the new DOs work I can't really help you with actual game mechanics. Get on the forum or the discord to seek help.

Again, the functionality of my mod is copy/pasted from the standard ingame cargo station. I didn't improve on it or removed anything from it.
If there are limitations within that functionality with DOs then of course it will be carried over to my mod.

@Akira43
It appears I drew my conclusion too fast; your cargo station works perfectly fine in my game too except when I want to transport meat. Not sure whether I am doing something wrong or something is missing in the mod, so I added a link below to a screenshot for clarification.

In the center of the screenshot you can see your 2way cargo station connected to a supermarket. I have set the DO on the left to supply this cargo station with meat. In the menu of the DO however, you can't see any goods or the meat. For comparison I have shown another DO on the right of the screenshot. I use this DO to supply alcohol from your 2way cargo station to several other cargo station (including yours). Here the menu does show all the goods. Can you see what is going wrong?

@HCTC, I haven't been actually playing the game much and I haven't tested the new DOs functionality at all in game but the code used to make this station is the exact same one from the vanilla version. So if that works for you then this should too.

I even had OffTheRailsGaming test the station briefly just now on his game and his response was "It is working fine. He either has something broken in his set up or he's complaining about them taking more than they should, neither of which you can do anything about"

Let me know if this doesn't answer your question please. This is an old mod but has a niche following so I would like to know if it is not working as it should. Thanks.

@Akira43: I have been a fervent user of your mod since the moment you uploaded it to Steam. This has put me in a bit of a tight spot since the latest update with the Distribution Offices (DO), as it appears the DO's don't work when I assign them to your cargo station.

Could you please update this mod so it works in combination with said distribution offices?

Thanks!

Holodets, you should check the modders discord : https://discord.gg/QKHrhmY

The guys there are very helpful and there may be better and newer ways to do what you want to achieve.
Holodets 26 Feb, 2020 @ 6:02am
@Akira43
is this something similar to a Converter? Thanks, I'll try. It would be difficult to adjust the wires to the height of your model
Akira43  [author] 25 Feb, 2020 @ 9:22pm
@ Holodets, if I remember correctly, the poles were taken from the actual in-game electrified street model. (It's been a long time)
Akira43  [author] 25 Feb, 2020 @ 9:19pm
@ Holodets, I didn't model anything, all the assets are the original models made by the game developers. I just ripped some things from one model and added them to another.

Google a program called ninjaripper and you'll see what I mean.
Holodets 25 Feb, 2020 @ 3:48am
Where did you get these standard poles? I want to make a trolleybus road in the Parking lot, but I don't know how to insert these poles. I don't want to model my own.

Looks very promising. i´m looking forward to test this hub with the cargo trolley.
should give the rayon some flair:steamhappy:
Akira43  [author] 14 Nov, 2019 @ 6:53pm
@Jaguaro, I basically just mod stuff that I need for my personal game.
After making this one I saw that a lot of modders have added many different bus/cargo stops to the workshop.
If there is a variation that you can't already find, let me know and I'll see if I can mod it for you... No promises though!
Jaguaro 10 Nov, 2019 @ 10:49am
You've made an amazing cargo trolleybus stop. ) Have you got other variations of cargo stops in the future?
Light-DelaBlue 9 Nov, 2019 @ 6:19am
yes we can finaly get some electric truck with this :3 i hope one day somone make this for more variety of transport ^^ like petrole gravel ect
Akira43  [author] 20 Oct, 2019 @ 3:43am
Electric cargo vehicles? ha ha ha, I didn't even think of that :)
Tigrovica 20 Oct, 2019 @ 3:24am
Fantastic mod my friend! This cargo station may be key to electric cargo vehicles <3
