@ Aggressive Bloodshark : Yes, but the necessary changes meant it wasn't backwards compatible, so I published it as a new mod - Mom Gives Regular Prizes: Repentance.

This one remains for use with Afterbirth+.

Fwiw, I will be considering ways to make it so you can opt into or out of the item replacement, so that Home runs are still possible with the mod enabled.

That would make sense for the story, but it wouldn't be much variety. The Mom items are still possibilities. :)

I think you should get mom items instead.
