Could you make version with $TYPE_SEWAGE_ENDSTATION
so it can loccect sewage from houses (but without external connection, thus needs to be collected by septic tanks)?

Great idea! Requires further development! If we include Outhouse, Garbage Post and Recycling Plant into the game and allow them to decrease pollution, it may be very useful.
