Would like to give you a shout out for all your creations here, my personal favorites are these Kriel ships. The style and color scheme are awesome. i Have the Wraith currently parked in in your Giga Core and was wondering if you have any plans on making a carrier for the fleet?

Pretty cool! Couple of things I noted as I did a walkthrough.
* Two of the medium thrusters in the back are blocked by the larger jet thrusters on the end.
* The ship needs all CPU upgrades and is missing 1 Advanced, 1xBasic, 2xImproved, I removed internal paneling to place them, but it's worth noting.

Spawned this in 1.3 single player, it's using a container controller (ammo) and although I loaded it with ammo the weapons do not see it. Also I cannot Configure any weapons, the weapon group and the individual weapons are blank in descriptions and configuration

I love this one its a cool powerfull SV. But i modified it a bit to get a more alround SV out of it by ading the new Laserdrills to it. I did my best with the colors but for i don't know how to implement yours i did my best :-)

@jrandall. You rock gamer. I`ve been playing and also like the small Merc-MX15 I think it is? I`m slow as Christmas and *for now like small stuff, including bases. just me. Pops into the Shade with room for relatives and a tailgate party hehe. But, what a coinkidink. I`ve been using the small SV a lot, but it doesn`t work for me just starting to take Zirax POI. I`m squared away on Legacy POI, but Zirax POI chew me up and spit me out lol. This thing looks capable for a beginner to hone his Zirax POI skills eh? ps quite by accident I found out about steam points/awards thing lol. I`ve only used Steam every game for a bare few years. I hope I did it right lol. Thanks again.

Thank you mathaniel, HanlonsRazor, and BozBumi! @BozBumi, Yes, I sorta forgot how wide the wraith is. I do believe it could have landed on the shades landing pad but I can see it not getting thru a 5x9 hangar door. @HanlonsRazor, I have been thinking about trying a lighter alt color palette for the Kriel. So... fun fact... the Wraith won't fit inside the Shade. I was planning on using the Shade to haul the Wraith around to be the true 'fighter' of the two. When I spawned in the Wraith and jumped in to fly it inside... *thunk*... no-go. LOL No worries... turned out I *meant* to build the Ghast anyway (it is after all a much better fighter). So... revert to a previous save (I do it often before I do something big... game glitches can be game glitches after all). Added more resources to the factory (lol... something smaller takes more resources) and spawned. It fits!!! LOL... barely. I found the best way to make it fit is to fly into the hangar bay and stop when the cockpit hits the hall.

Loving the Ghast BTW...

This has a very similar interior to the Merc-MX15. I need to learn how to change color schemes, I like the MERC scheme for it's bright feel on the interiors. But this has become a new favorite for me.

Thank you mathaniel! I do need to update many of the Kriel creations to A12. Most of the moving creations like the ghast, wraith, etc., do not work currently in game do to lacking CPU blocks and using RCS. So I will be doing some updates soon and try to get all if it functional again. Thanks again!

Ok, I have subscribed to all 4 of your ships jrandall. (I`m not much of a talker and still relatively new to all the intricacies of Steam. Computers are not my forte. I must say this Kriel line, Alien? it rocks. It grabs me. I start many, many, new games so have had to cheat in mats for CV. Waiting for A12 finished stable to drop and then I will make all your ships including that base. Your builds rock!

Here is a version I made for myself. T4 CPU current generation gameplay. No RCS.
There were changes but I hope I stayed faithful, I tried to change as little as I could.

Thanks R0B (ECZK). With A11, the goal is to use no or a small amount of RCS as they chew up CPU quickly. So, having thrusters placed as far from the center of gravity as possible will result in better handling/turning without needing RCS. Not all ship designs work with this well thou. Basically the more RCS you use, the less other things including weapons, fuel, etc you could add at the same CPU tier class. I hope that helps. Thanks again!

Thanks MightyNoodle. Basically this ship was made before Alpha 11 and does not have the CPU tier blocks installed. I haven't got around yet to updating most of the ships I made in the past. If you are playing a survival game with the CPU option turned on, this ship will not work at the time. (As well as most ships on the workshop). Basically only the ones that were made for or updated to Alpha 11 specs can work with the CPU option on. I been trying to update some ships when I can, but it can be a lot of work depending on the ship. This one would need all it's RCS removed and 4 CPU T4 blocks added to make it fly again I believe. I can't say for sure as I haven't tried yet with it. I hope that helps. Thanks again!

Thank you Killer Tofu, Malvayne, and Sadistik! @Killer Tofu, Sorry about my slow response. I been finding I have missed a lot of comments as of late. And thanks again! @Sadistik, I been updating some blueprints to a11 CPU tiers. More to come. The Kreil are especially trouble some do to the more exotic looks which tends to not play nice with CPU at certain tiers. For instance I have the Kriel Tengu at tier 3 ready to update, but I had to cut all 6 gatling guns on it make it fit tier 3. This was already after removing all RCS. So, I kind of don't want to update it either because it would make it do less than it used to do. And thanks again all!

Would it be possible to fix your Kriel collection the CPU is not valid because of the massive amount of RCs, I've fixed some of them manually but I always end up deleting a couple block of armor by mistake and its not easy to find the correct pieces sometimes xD. Also Even removing all RC it is over the max T4 CPU so I am not sure the optimal way to keep this cool desing intact and make the CPU valid.

Just finished shopping through your submissions, excellent work. Love the styles and resilience of your creations, the MERC line is fantastic, the Kriel is brilliantly alien in it's design, have a few more ships to try out from your collection before I start into the MCRN line.
I hope you keep sharing, as I am not as visually creative and largely depend on authors like you for new blueprints. Many thanks.

Thank you wolonggong, and bzbetnoff! @bzbetnoff, yeah, when first trying to come up with a look for this race I experimented with several different color set ups. I had green, red, magenta, etc. I went with the dark purples because it tends to look black ish in lower light conditions and many of the texture lights on parts matched the colors better. But with the palettes now and the ease of switching color schemes, a lot more is possible. I do plan on making more alt color schemes in the future too. Basically once I establish a color palette for a faction, switching it to others later is pretty easy as long as long as all the creations share the same palette and methods of coloring them. With the Kriel thou, with both color schemes now, I am mainly going for dark looks which I think have a scarier feel to them which is intended. Thanks again!

Thank you wolonggong and Bromius! @wolonggong, Info from the devs is out now that the new CPU limits will remain an option in game and server settings moving forward. So, if playing on a server and the server rules are to use CPU limited creations, then you would have to do that. But if not, then normal class size rules on servers and single/multiplayer can player can do anything they want. So with this news, I don't think anything should be destroyed. Some people may want some CPU limited creations on the workshop for certain servers or for performance issues, or just a change up in games rules for some new challenges, but it is a choice. As usual, amazing work. Its a shame its all coming to an end with 10.6 and the fixed CPU limits. The only good part of this game is about to be destroyed.
