I checked the XML in this mod, it should be compatible with CE, as long the apparel is made of CE patched materials. It never sets any armor values by itself.
Keep up the great work!
Yeah i do use a 'More Detailed Body' mod i figured as much.
Edit: (plus unintentional preview because I was testing)

I would bet money you are using one of the Detailed Body Textures. Left is the back of a Vanilla T Shirt with a Detailed Body Mod. The Body isn't correctly centered. Center is the detailed body with a new klingon uniform Im making. The Right is the same uniform on a Vanilla Body. I'm guessing its more noticeable on the front with these outfits because the body is 128x128 and my apparel is 256x256. The lines are more defined. I forgot to take a pic, but if you look at a vanilla t shirt with the detailed body from the front, you'll see the left side border appears thicker because the over lap. The Vanilla Expanded series has the same issue with those body mods.

if you look closely you should see it.
And for those that might see this, I finished the first set of Klingon armor. A standard issue style.

Old version of the average normal male face in this picture because I could be bothered to update my test file with the new one. All the Klingon armor sets will be locked behind flak research. And these will probably be on the vest slot. Because I'm doing some skin layers and some outer layers clothing. Obviously, these will be added to this mod along with the actual Klingon Race mod.
PLEASE make a Borg mod. If you need some inspiration I would love to help you.

@llt Out of the box? No. I don't use CE so its never on my mind. I'll take a look at it though. If its something that won't take too long to figure out the conversions for, I'll add a patch for CE within the mod.
I like this Mod, so I immediately created a Japanese translation for your Mod, but I am wondering if I should submit the translation file to you, or if I should publish it as a separate Sub-Mod ( way that doesn't require for your extra effort ).
If you want, I will provide a translation file. Let me know what you think. Thank you.
