Hey man, I love your missions! I was wondering, if it's not too much to ask, could you help me script a mission? It's the French attack on redoubt 9 at Yorktown in 1781 on Born in the fire (I know not WW1 but a French mission). I have the map and the troops set, just i'm a bad scripter. @Bones - Flesh Not Included I might make maps with brits or russian someday but for now I make maps about places near my home which I know well and that I already visited.

@Von Schitzengiggle I used vanilla skirmish scripts so it's not perfectly ported.

Map can not be played, requires different game version. :C

Also for some reason, all the ww1 maps you've made can't be applied, saying 'mod requires different version of the game'.

I like this and the verdun map that you made. Though I think it would be interesting to do missions thats either the Brits or Russians, since then you could possibly think about adding armoured units in. Or maybe for the russians that you could do a defense mission of Osowiec Fortress.

do we ever get to find out what the other 3 infantry units in the menu are?

@Flagellant I understand what you mean but I did it for historical purpose since the heavy artillery was much further front the front line and the battle was mostly infantry based. But they did bring light cannon there even in the first line which was rare in ww1. I tried to represent the bombings by random arty falling.

Very very cool map! Really enjoyed playing it, and it's so cool to see people giving love to the incredible mod that is gwr! My only problem with the map is the lack of howitzers, light cannons are pretty useless in the heavly eroded terrain where it's basically impossible to have a clear line of sight.

Great mission, really fun and the map is fantastic! One small thing I was having trouble with my soldiers backpacks coming up as red exclamation marks, is this a common thing people are finding?
