That might well happen at some point. I have currently put modding here on hiatus, but I actually have the coding done for two new mods. I need to playtest them whenever I start some Civ V again, but then they will both be up. After that, maybe Kirin will happen?

Just a question, how about a Kirin mod, you know with Autumn Blaze as leader?
