Report a translation problem
I did do a complete MOD overhaul. I assumed it was that but on another map trains spawn no problem. I will double check the nodes just in case
If the error message just pops up and does nothing further i would just ignore it. I feel a lot of cities skylines error messages are that way. If it crashes the game or makes the map unplayable I would try some of the steps my previous comment replying to user mattetc. In particular, I can highly recommend placing the map file in the local maps folder and starting the game with the "-noWorkshop" starting option enabled.

I have tried it without mods etc but still isn't working, is this something you can help with?

I tried disabling the mods and DLC I use. Same thing happens with the original map. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks :)
After loading the map, I get a lot "Object not set to an instance" errors, and some roads and the railload textures seem missing.
Unknown prefab: Amusement Park Billboard Large 01 [Serialization]
A search says that this belongs to the Parklife DLC. Can anynoe verify this?
