It might still function but you are better off not trying it. I havent got the time anymore to update my mods unfortunately, but they are up for grabs if anyone wants to continue them or make their own versions, anyone is allowed to do anything with any part of any mod I made.
Unfortunately the way this works its either disabling the ritual at all or enabling it. There is a chance that if I make the ritual slighlty more likely than 0 that they will do it now and again but it would require a lot of long testing to see if it even works that way
AIs being unable to use Black Arks is a great issue, but not seeing a single one on the map is gonna be weird I guess...
I made this mod because I had the same problem late in my campaign. When I activated it at least they didnt make new ones so as they lost them they started making more and more land armies and eventually pulled through. Dark elves in your campaign have a chance as long as someone kills the black arks currently present basically
